How do I delete messages from a conversation?
To delete one or more messages within a conversation:

- Open the conversation you want to delete a message from
- From the
Actions tab at the top of the conversation, select Delete Messages... - Check the individual messages you’d like to delete and click Delete Selected at the bottom of the page, or click Delete All to delete the whole conversation
