Sub: Examination for promotion of LGOs to the cadre of PAs/ SAs held on 16.10.2011 for the vacancies of the year 2011 – Promotion of SC/ ST candidates by lesser standard of evaluation.

In accordance with the instructions contained in the DG, Dept of Posts, New Delhi letters No. 26-2/ 81-SPB.I dated 04.05.1981 and No. 15/ 94-SPB.II dated 26.09.1996, The Circle Review Committee has reviewed the results of the SC/ ST candidates who failed in the above examination held on 16.10.2011, for promotion against unfilled SC/ ST vacancies by further relaxation of qualifying standards and found that the under mentioned lower grade officials are suitable for promotion to the cadre of PAs. Accordingly, these candidates are declared to have qualified in the examination under relaxed standards and included in the select list. Their seniority in the select list will be fixed below all those candidates who have qualified in the examination held on 16.10.2011.
